Absolutely first class customer service; from resolving initial booking issues to ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Room is a little small, but fully equipped. The facilities are great. The complex had it's own Starbucks, restaurant/bar and gym and swimming pool. Easy directions, lots of parking space available and an approx 15min walk to Basingstoke main town. Will definitely be booking again.

I recently stayed for a business trip and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is comfortable and visually impressive. However my favorite part was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Zara. She welcomed me early from the states, quickly found me a room so I could rest and proceeded to ensure I felt welcome and that I had a friend while I was here. She helped me find the things I needed around town as well as an excellent tour guide. This stay would have not been the same without her. Thanks Zara! The rest of the staff were also all very friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to my next business trip to Basingstoke.

We stayed here for one night - couldn’t fault it. Good location for the purpose of our visit. Excellent bar area with a bright, spacious feel. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. All the staff have been carefully chosen and well trained - everyone of them was pleasant and helpful.

Visited this week on a recent work trip to Basingstoke. Funky, informal hotel. Great location in easy walking distance of the station. The room was clean, well set out and comfy and an excellent rainfall shower (I do love a walk in rainfall shower!). Unfortunately there was an issue in the kitchen the night I stayed so didn't get to try anything I already selected from the menu (the steak had my name on it!!), but ended up with a Piri Piri chicken burger and lots of salad. This was fine but not something I would normally go for. The chocolate cheesecake was absolutely divine though and of that was as nice as it was then I am sure the rest of the menu would be good on a normal night. Lamented my lack of steak with a few pints in the bar watching the darts. Had a good night's sleep and by morning the kitchen issues were resolved and had a decent buffet breakfast. Easy checkout too. Recommended, will hopefully be visiting again.

Having a romantic stay and visiting at festival place or top of town for dinner/entertainment this is a great local place. All walking distance too. Want to be romantic for whatever reason get hold of Basingtoke Balloons and Events to decorate your room with balloons before your arrival. Excellent hotel in a good location. Rooms are very modern, with high tec gadgets like automatic blinds and privacy shower glass that cam be either see through or frosted at the touch of a button. Bed comfortable and the rooms is clean.self service reception to check in and out. Great sports bar and restaurant. Excellent value for money for the night

I'm going to add a quick review , as the location is brilliant if visiting Basingstoke. Staff really friendly & helpful. Rooms are comfortable & we took breakfast which is a help yourself & has an excellent choice of hot food. The bar has no cask beers but the usual keg & lager options it's well stocked, clearly popular & geared around big screens for sporting events

Great stay. Nice rooms ..... funky. Well put together. Weird check in. The poor love on the desk hasn't even got a seat.... other than that great little place. The Starbucks is as expensive as central London.....
